Over my working career in both the corporate sector and running my business, I have learnt so much about people and their behaviours; how to read people’s body language and listening to people’s voices during phone interactions. However, I would have to say the biggest lesson falls down to how I make a phone call and how I interact with someone over the phone.
Inside Sales Support is not your typical call centre, I am passionate about making my phone calls sound professional and genuine. Taking pride is the key. During each call I listen to how the receiver responds to my call spiel, what information they give me and most importantly their demeanour.
